Lindsey Claud has deep family roots in Southwest Georgia, where her mother’s side worked the land as tenant farmers, and Tennessee, she carries forward a legacy of resilience and reverence for the soil. Her love of nature and respect for the earth guide her commitment to ensuring that Black Southerners continue to uphold traditions of land stewardship. Through her work, she honors her ancestors while building pathways for future generations to thrive on and with the land.
